Updated Music and New Texts for the Two Sundays Before Christmas

I have just updated my settings of the doxastika and the hypakoë for the Sunday before Christmas (December 18-24).  While it is a little late for those of us on the New Calendar, I have also updated my settings of doxastika for the Sunday of the Forefathers (December 11-17).

Also, I’m pleased to announce that there is a new effort underway to meter Odes 1, 3, and 9 of the Menaion, Triodion, and Pentecostarion canons that fall on Sundays, and that I will be hosting the draft texts here on the website.  The first installment is the first canon for the Sunday before Christmas (December 18-24), translated to meter by Peter George.  It can be found on the December page along with the music for that day.
